We don't parse, interpret, or certify the contents of COA documents. We anchor them. What you find on this registry is the exact document the issuing laboratory submitted no more, no less.

Immutability
Anchored records cannot be modified or deleted. A lab's submission is permanent, regardless of what happens to their account.
